Chef Pierre Erhart offers neither a fixed menu nor standardized formulas.
Pierre Erhart works directly with you to design a personalized gourmet cuisine , adapted to the number of guests, whether it be a few people or several dozen, to the location , whether at home, in a villa, on a yacht or in an event venue, as well as to the context , whether it is for an intimate dinner, a private reception or a professional event.
